How to hide Power View Fields?

I would like to hide the Power View Fields from the end users, is that possible? I uncheck the field list, but it start up again each time I reopen the workbook. Also, can I lock down the filters items for the powerview slides? I don't want the users to x out a filter item by accident.

    Thanks in advance
