Pivot to show average without div/0

I don't know if this is possible but can I show the column average (grand total) and have it NOT take into account the div/0 on a pivot? See the attached. If you can, please walk me through it. It's 2010.

Also, is it possible to add levels of sorting within the pivot?

    Use following steps:

    1) Right Click on pivot

    2) Then click on pivot table option

    3) Then click on "For error values show"
Please consider adding a * if I helped

That worked! But how do I have the grand total still show the value?

    Excel Pivot Help.xlsx

See the new attachment. It no longer shows the Grand Total. I want it to show the Grand Total without taking the div/0 into account.

It happens because in your data you have #DIV/0 in front of "Grand Total", that's why in pivot it's reflecting as same or blank

Correct - I am asking if I can do a work-around so the grand total doesn't = div/0, but still shows the total of the other values.
