How do I convert decimal to time in a pivot table if it is even possible?

why not convert it in your data that creates the pivot table?

I did but I need the pivot table to add up the hours hence the need for decimal but I need to display it as hours...

Actually ignore me I am being an idiot. The pivot table is adding the hours in time format correctly.
