getting the same position axis with 2 horizontal axes

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to get the same position axis for 2 horizontal axes. I attached my spreadsheet and one of the horizontal axis is between the tick marks, while the other is on the tick marks. They are both related, one being the month and year spelled out while the other is the corresponding number of that month over a 2+ year span of a project. The month/year axis gives me the option to change the position axis between on the tick mark or between the tick mark, but simply changing it doesn't do anything. The number of the month axis doesn't even give me the position axis option. It doesn't matter which way, I just need them both to be either on the tick marks or between the tick marks.

Anyone have any clue??

Your Secondary Axis is a Scatter plot, therefore there is no option to position between tick marks. So you might need to re think on how to plot this data. I might be wrong but if you want to toggle between 'On tick marks' and 'Between tick marks', I believe they will all need to be categories on the horizontal axis.

Actually, the weirdest thing just happened. Excel crashed and when it reopened, the axes were aligned. Check it out!!

Nevermind. Yes, it's aligned but the scatter plot points don't line up on the vertical axis. Booo!!
