I want to only show the top 3 maxes for my pivot table but when I do, it only limits top 3 by row and not by column. I attached a sample spreadsheet to demonstrate what I want. I'm hoping to only get the values that are highlighted green. Thanks

Hi,
Sorry - not sure what you mean by 'limits top 3 by row not by column'.

Place your cursor on G5 >> turn on filter >> Now you will see a filter drop down in F5
Click the filter drop down in F5 >> Number Filters >> Top 10 >> Now use the Top 10 AutoFilter to pick your poison...

Oops sorry forgot a sentence. I went on the dropdown for the order amount and went down to value filters and went down to top 10 and selected to only select the top 3. However, I may be wrong but I think it limits the amount of values that show up horizontally and not vertically on the pivot table. I was hoping to limit the amount of results vertically on the pivot table to keep it very concise and have it only show the highest values without a giant list because the real excel file I'm working with has about 500 records. If I could reduce it to anywhere from 3-10 that'd be great.
Okay thank you jeffreybrown!
You are very welcome and thanks for the feedback.
