Need help creating a pivot table for a time sheet

I am working on a time sheet for work. I have been asked to include a Pivot table on the Hour Summary page. I can create a table for each day but I really would rather not create 14 tables. I have tried to do the Alt-D +p option and have still had no luck. I have another electronic time sheet from a friend that has a pivot table on there and have been trying to mimic the one on it. However, it is password protected and I am unable to see any of the programming on it to find out.

I have attached a copy of both time sheets. The one named 542 is the one with the pivot table I am trying to copy. The other is the destination of the copied pivot table. Thanks for any help.

    Maybe like this.

I used 2 macro's to get the result.

After that I made an pivot table of it.

    See the attached file.
