Group dates in chart by weekdays

Hi,

In the attached file there are two columns. Send completion date and open rate. I would like to create a chart where Axis X shows days of the week - from Monday to Sunday and Axis Y shows the unique open rate. So I can see from the curve at what time of which weekday is the best open rate. In other words, I don´t know how to group all the dates by weekdays in the chart.

Thanks a lot! This looks good, but I would also need to see the on the graph whether the open rate is higher on Monday morning or evening - not just comparing the weekdays - how this could work?
