Hi I need help in creating pivot table, which will contain text file (grant or deny)

example of data table (on source more then 7000 rows) is in attachment as well as desired look of new table.
anyone to help?

Pivot-2 looks better then first one. To be perfect, need to remove total, grand total and instead numbers to have "grant" or "deny" because that is point, to see is something allowed or not

In Pivot Table under the data area we can't show any text characters. In fact that Pivot-2 is showing the #1 under the Deny and Grant header. So there is no use in showing as grant/deny. At the same time just take your cursor in the #1 of the data area and just do double click on it to view the concerned records data.

I know that text is not possible in pivot table, that is why ask help in this forum, maybe someone can rite macro for that.

Purpose of document is to matrix with approved actions, and it should be used in paper form too, that is why must have words grant/deny instead number 1.
For my quick review I will try to use tivot 1 table
