Question Just a little more help with a pivot

    Hi,
I am currently trying to obtain a table that gives me information based on the following attachment that over time I can copy (from Microsoft Project 2010) into Excel to give me a Total number of people per Vendor between a 6.30am - 6.30pm and 6.30pm - 6.30am ie. Showing a Dayshift Nightshift split for that one date. I have added a excel doc of a previous manual count that I've performed which is what info im trying to acheive. Ive been trying for a couple of days to get this result from using a Pivot Table (Thanks Ron for the Help) but I just cant find the right mix to acheive this info that I can reproduce daily as changes are made.
Thanks in advance for any help
