Three Axis Graphing

Hello,

I am trying to graph on the X, Y, and Z axes. I have data set up as follows:

Work Package Installed To Go Date
1 100 100 5/14/13
2 150 50 5/14/13
1 125 75 5/21/13
2 155 45 5/21/13
etc.

I want to graph stacked bars (installed and to go so you can see progress versus whole quantity) by work package across the X axis, the quantities up the Z axis, and the dates along the Y axis (i.e. moving away from the screen). I can't seem to figure out a way to do this. Is this even possible in the confines of Excel?
