How do I show percentage in a Pivot table?

Hi Forum,

I am trying to show percentage in a Pivot table and can't believe how complicated it is!

My data is sorted by "Position" (Carpenter, Welder, etc) and within this is "Type" (Direct [direct labour] or Sub [sub-contractor]).

For each "Position" I want to show what percentage is Direct and what percentage is Sub.

For example, in Row 8 the Position is Carpenter. I want to display what percentage of Carpenters are Direct and what percentage of Carpenters are Sub.

What settings do I need to achieve this?
