Exclude rows in chart where blank values are present in a certain column

I have a list correlated to a scatter plot. In column A is the date, column B is the days gain, column C is an account adjustment, and column D is a percentage gain/loss. If there is no data in column B, C, or D, (doesn't have to be all, but at least one), then I don't want that row included in my scatter plot.

In the document I uploaded, in the Daily sheet is where I'm trying to do this. I want the scatter plot to not include the rows with zero values in and of columns B, C or D.

I just checked the document and it isn't the updated one, I wanted to have some info in there so you could see what I was saying. Normally there is a scatter plot on the Daily sheet which takes columns A and D in as data.
