Dynamic rolling chart

Can anyone help me set up a dynamic rolling chart as per these instructions:

I want my data transposed, but if i do this, i cant get the graph to work!
Attached is the data i want to do it for (2 seperate charts)

Hello Katy
The attached reply is how I might go about this but there are number of ways. I've created an example for the Sales data, the idea can be repeated for the second chart of Complaints data. As you add new columns to the Sales table the chart should update the last 12 month's figures.
