    I changed your input range to a table and reduced the number of rows to fit the actual data. Now, when a new row is entered by hitting the TAB key at the end of a row, a new row is added to the table and your chart is automatically updated as you enter data into the table.

    If you need a new set of columns just add the headers beside the table and they will be incorporated into the table and hence added to your chart.
