Using two filters on a Pivot table

Hello,

My company charges it's various offices by a 3-tier structure, with each tier being a 3-digit number (ex. 123-456-789). I'm trying to make a table that'll show me how many users are on a given cell-phone plan, filtered by tier. Is it possible to have the filters interact with each other? For example, if I were to use the first filter to select "123" can I get the other filter to only show items where the first 3 digits are "123"?
