Adding a horizontal line to an excel chart

Is there a simpler way of adding a horizontal line in charts to denote upper or lower limits to the plotted information. I know you can either insert a line using drawing tools or create an additional axis. I was hoping the command would be "Insert horizontal line and just a prompt to enter a value".
