How to group numbers together and produce a graph to show this in Excel.

Hi - I have attached a made-up sample excel spreadsheet. On the live version I have hundreds of names of people and I need to link their scores to a word, so for example if they score 35 to 50 say that is exceptional, 20-35 is average etc. I then need to be able to produce a graph to show the number of people who have achieved exceptional, average etc etc. Any idea of the best way to go about this? I am a beginner at formulas and cannot get the graph to seem to work if I manually put in the codings (exceptional, average) and it would be helpful if I knew how to do this automatically.

hi,
just use some countif formulas to get your numbers
then assign that data to graph
