Pivot table not pulling my NA values from data sheet

Hello,

I created a pivot table from a data dump that shows open requisitions. In my pivot data I asked for a count of all open requisitions by month and location. I came up with some NA values that I need to account for but for some reason the pivot is not pulling the count for me. The filter field is there but the column count is not (I have 5 NA values that I need to account for). I have tried clearing and re-entering the formula and changing the cell format and then refreshing the data in the table but that didn't work.

Any suggestions?
