Cool Trying to get Date axis to increment begining on the first day of the month

I am struggling with trying to get my chart to display major gridlines dates beginning on the first day of the month and not the even increments selected by the software calculation. (Here is the sample Book2.xlsx). Thanks for taking a moment to help a rookie out!

The value axis on the bar chart is not capable of handling date values as dates.

So add an extra series plotted on the secondary axis that uses a column chart where the category axis is capable of doing dates.
The adjust the primary horizontal axis to have the same min/max scale values.

Format the chart to remove primary labels and show secondary axis labels Low.

I haven't had opportunity to fully work this out but it looks promising, thanks for the help.
