    Pivot formatting

    Hi,

    I noticed that every time I sort or filter the pivot table - I have to reformat the numbers, justification and etc. Example, I format 8.6 to 8. However, once I sort or filter it will go back to 8.6 ... How to retain the formatting after filter, sort or refresh. Thank you..

    Re: Pivot formatting

    Hi Beni, I did use the number format.. But when I refreshed it goes back to original setting...
    I even did this...
    1. Pivot table option => Check the Preserve cell formatting =>Ok
    2. Option => Enable Selection
    3. Highlighted all the data => format cell to numbers.
    4. Refresh
    The numbers format did not update... What could I have done wrong?
