scatterplot

Hi everyone,

So I have to do a scatterplot. The x axis shows the date (month/day) and the y axis shows the time (hours and minutes). Now I am using mac excel 2011. So on the y-axis where the time is, I want to make the time range from 8:00am to 3:30pm. Now i have managed to figure out the exact time value for 8:00am and 3:30pm. But on the y-axis the values range from 8:00 to 3:12. What should I do to change this- should I do something to the major unit- it is 0.05 or the minor unit- it is 0.01? I have attached the file to this message.
