representing data in graph format based on a dropdown

good day

i have a workbook with various different sheets and a summary sheet with a dropdown. each sheet is named according to the person for which the information is relevant. on the dropdown it calls those names.
the data consists of leave dates and sick dates. i want to represent that in graphical format but i am unsure how to go about it.
the first graph is simple enough as it takes the totals off the summary sheet, i want a second graph which will take its totals from the actual days taken in order to monitor trends... this has to obviously change according to the selection in the dropdown.

any help will be highly appreciated.
