Unsolvable Problem? Glitch in the system?

    Hello All,

I have created a template that I input client data into. This data feeds into a pie chart. Most of the time the chart looks fine, but I am noticing that with certain clients, when I input their data, two of the pie slices will merge together. The border between the two slices disappears and they become the same color. (See "Correct Pie" attachment for the way it should be, and "Faulty Pie" to see how it looks when messed up.) The only way I've found to solve this is to change a few of the percentages by 1 or 2 thousandths of a percent, and then the chart corrects itself. For instance: I will have maybe 9-10 categories with different percentages that add up to 100% and my chart will be messed up. But if I change, say, 5% to 5.002%, 15% to 14.999% and change 10% to 9.999% it fixes itself. Both ways it adds up to exactly 100%, but with one set of data the chart is messed up, and another set it's fine. I find this very strange, almost like a glitch in Excel. The colors are not auto-generated, I have done a solid fill on each pie slice. Please help! I have asked everyone I know and checked all sorts of forums, with no one able to clear this up. Thanks!
