How to sort Numbers & Text in one column -- Pivot mixes them up

    Hi Guys

I am new to Pivot tables.
I want to have my Row Labels in the same order as they are on the source sheet. Excel resorts them alphabet wise. I then created a concatenated column prefixed with numbers. Did not work. Then added a 0 prefix. But still messed about. This makes it very difficult for me to share.

How can i force excel not to resort or can i once it is open to revert to how it was / is.

Have included a sample. Hope it's OK.

    Thanks in advance.
