Chart,accummulative, month by month Profit/loss over many years

Hi I have probable an easy question for someone that is really good at doing charts or graphs.

I would like to graph my profit/loss Net return from the start of purchase of the property.Month by month graph
Would like an accumulative value but not include the initial purchase price as this would throw out the scale
I have broken the data into months to make it easy, but eventually would like to use this format (01/12/2012)and have a formular that sorts it into months

I have never done graphs, so for me it’s going to be interesting on how or what type of formula is going to be used

had an idea to graph my data, but the SUMIFS didn't seem to work

Mabye with an pivot table.

I don't realy understand what your up to, so i take a guess.

Thanks's oeldere, that a start for me, I'll have a play with that and see where i go.

I was just hoping that there would be a magic formulae that would do the job
