Go to YouTube and type in Excel tutorial Pie charts. There are several. That will be quicker than me typing out step by step instructions.

Well I thought I knew how to. I did it once before. I highlighted the column that I would like to display, the ones with the Contacted and N/A, and all it says is CONTACTED,CONTACTED,CONTACTED with no pie chart.
