Series values appearing in duplicate on y axis

When charting data that has a series of legend entries, some of my charts have the counts duplicated twice along the y axis. I tried adding the series columns one by one and it's not until I add the cycle 4 data that the problem occurs. Any hints?

Ok, I think I solved this one myself. My formatting on the axis was set to auto and was charting in .5 increments but was formatted to only show whole values. I forced the charting to whole increments.
