I have tryed it in multipe worksheets and the information is now all merged!! thank you so much..

only promblem i have is that the code above is for sheet "yty" and when i use it on anouther spreadsheet i have to chang yty to the new name of the spread sheet.
a = Sheets("yty").Cells(1).CurrentRegion.Value

Is there a way to get the code to be general.. so that i can record a marco and and use this code for what ever worksheet I am using???
