Can someone tell me how I sort this table using the total column and in descending value?

clikc on column Total
choose sort => decending
Notice my main language is not English.

If I selectt just the total column I get this:

If I select the whole table the sort option goes away.
You have to click in the column Total
Not select column E (in your example).
I need it to look like this:

Hmm. I did that, the sheet flickers like it does when it sorts and then nothing has moved.
I'm very challenged with this Excel thing, thank you for helping.

I tried 7zip but gives me an error when I upload.
Can I email it somewhere?
just a small example (with the same format) will do.
just post it on this forum (not mail).
The smallest I can get it is 6 mg. and that like 15 rows of data.I must be doing something wrong.

Paste just 15 row in another workbook and make an pivot table of that.
I hope this is enough.
Excel 2007 =>
I used options for pivot table (at the end of the lint).
then i used sort A-Z or Z-A (count of column 10).
doing that i'm in column E (in the table).
Then I get the result as shown in the attached file.
Okay I finally got it! Geez am I blonde or what?! (in fact I am! Ha!)
