Hi
Click on format style and change the normal style to what you want, that should then be the default.

Click my star if I helped Thanks
When I click "format", I can not change the font and size (I can see these sections but they are not highlighted). I only can modify the Border and Fill.
you cannot change the font name or size
Josie
if at first you don't succeed try doing it the way your wife told you to
Correct, these sections are not highlighted (see screenshot)...pivot.jpg
I know-I'm confirming that you can't do it
Got it :-)... thanks!

Azamat,
Unfortunately you need to post your question in a new thread, it's against the forum rules to post a question in the thread of another user. If you create your own thread, any advice will be tailored to your situation so you should include a description of what you've done and are trying to do. Also, if you feel that this thread is particularly relevant to what you are trying to do, you can surely include a link to it in your new thread.

I had the same problem, i needed to show a pivot table in excel in a presentation , but the fonts were too small.
I used this quick fix, I make the chart smaller, so the legends are bigger compared to chart area in the graph, then view it in a larger scale. so the fonts look bigger.
If you embedded the pivot table to powerpoint, you can scale the graph when the excel sheet object is dormant and with the previous quick fix, you can view the pivottable as if fonts of the legends are larger.
I hope it helps
I just figured out the solution to this. I'm running Office 365 ProPlus Outlook v15.0.4727.1003
If you right click in a blank space on the pivot table there is now a font option in the context menu. You can set the overall font size for the pivot table from here. I have found that you can change the title font size individually after you set this font.
See attached.

It seem to work if you select all the cells in the pivot table and then change the text size. The when you refresh it then stays the same
