Ploting weather data

Thanks for your reply and interest!

I have attached a table of data which I would like to display on the graphs inserted. In those graphs you will see in the leyend the data I would like to display (is not all the data from the table).
The difficulties Im finding is how to put in the X-axes the date (with the UTC hours in between).

Hope you can help me on this.
