Line Graph and Getting a Line from Zero To First Point

I have a line graph per the attached document and as you will see the first dot for 1 is at 13.

I was wondering, is it possible to get a line from 0 to 13 on this graph? For example, a pink line drawn from the gap between 0 to 13 indicating the first jump?
