Creating a Pivot table from exsisting data

    Hello,
Could someone assist me with a pivot table that i am trying to make with the attached workbook. I am asked to create a pivot table in a seperate worksheet that draws from the Home Sales Data worksheet. In my pivot table i have to make rows that have "Days", "Number Sold", and "Average Sales Price". The "Days" row has ranges listed as 1-100, 101-200, 201-300, 301-400(meaning the range of days that a particular house was on the market), the "Number Sold" row means the number of homes sold between that particular time frame, and the "Average Sales Price" means the average price sold for each range. The reason I am having trouble is that in my worksheet where my data is being drawn from I dont have the number of days on market grouped for each home so instead of it being listed as "1-100" it is listed as 1,2,3,4, and so on. How can i group the numbers to satisfy the pivot table, should i create another worksheet or can i use the worksheet that already has all the information? Any help would be much appreciated.

@oeldere thank you!!!! this looks good but can you tell me how you put that "group" option under the column labels section and how did you make "group" an option in the choose fields to add to report section. I am trying to do this myself and I figured out how to do most of it but i am stuck on the part of how you added the group option. thank you again i have been working on this all day and I cant tell you how much of a relief it is to get help

The easiest way to do it is click on the "Days" column, then go to "Data>Group>Group" Starting key in "1", and ending key in "400", By key in "100".
Done! Not necessary to create so much extra sheets and steps.
