Pivot table chart, grouping several categories under specific regions, from highest to low

Does anyone know how to group several categories under specific regions, from highest to lowest, per region. Please see my attached chart for a better understanding of what I am trying to accomplish.

Welcome to the forum.

You can sort the data using sort or re-arrange may be using some formula (large /small function ) and then you can easily plot them on chart. thanks.
