How to show RAG chart option in Excel Chart

Hi all,

I would like to show a RAG status in my chart or table. I have 14 files for 3 customers which should be coming in everyday. If the files do not come in on those days then I would like to show a RED status and if less then 14 then AMBER and if 14 then GREEN. The source data is 1000's of lines long as it consists of all File transfers for everyday and many customers.
so I did a pivot table to show the customers I need but I am not sure how to compare or show if it is 14 or not and then how to display this?

Am perplexed! Any help would be greatly appreciated ;-)
