I have managed to resolve the problem. It displays incorrectly depending on how zoomed in/zoomed out I am from the GANTT Chart. At 100% Zoom, the issue appears to be resolved, however the alignment completely fluctates depending on how zoomed out I was. I was at 30% when I noticed the issue.
