Chart template used in multiple worksheets not working

Hello, fairly new to Excel and stumped. Is there a way to use a chart template in many worksheets so the chart is automatically updated once data is entered. When I create a template the series values use the original worksheet. Is there a way to create a template that would use the current worksheet name and values when copied into that new worksheet? I tried the INDIRECT function but it was invalid.
My problems are with:
Chart data range ='Worksheet 1'!$B$48:$D$52,'Worksheet 1'!$J$48:$J$52
edit series ='Worksheet 1'!$J$48:$J$52

When I copy to another worksheet, obviously the 'Worksheet 1' from the template remains the same.
I have the worksheet name available in a cell if that makes things easier. (A3)

Hi Mike,
My thought is, instead of moving the chart, you can copy the worksheet, then working from it then.
Will this solve your problem?

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately I cannot copy the worksheets. I have many worksheets with different data that need to use the same chart. I just don't know how to do this.
