Hi!

I'm a bit worried that I can't fix this problem, been searching the net but just can't find a solution. Excel is supposed to be able to do anything... so I hope you can help!

I have a huge table with data, a big chunk is generated by formulas. From this table I want to create serveral different pivot charts. If I for example want to create a chart that shows the product mix sold per country, I want to be able to filter the information in my pivot table and for that to show up in the chart. That's the basic funtion of pivots obvisouly, BUT... when I filter I want the chart to show the subtotals!!! I can get the subtotals to be displayed in the pivot table, but not in the chart. For example.. If I filter it down to China in the table, the subtotals shows the sales for china, but in the chart it displays the products sold in china based on the grand total sales, not the subtotal from my filter. (I have a product mix column in my "huge table of data" w a SUBTOTAL formula that works great, giving me the subtotals and % based on how I filter there.)

I can't understand why I can't get it right, it seems so basic. Some box I've missed to check? Driving me crazy! Appreciate any help!!

Thank you,
Emma
