Chart value label positions

Good morning,
I currently have excel 2010. Every time I open my working file which contains over 20 charts, the number values on the charts often shift out of place from where I moved them (e.g. above each column). Is there a way in excel 2010 to ensure that this doesn't occur? It becomes frustrating (and time consuming) manually moving numbers back into place each time.

I'm also having the same issue. I have created a clustered bar chart and want to show all my data labels at the far right hand side of the graph (all in a column). I've manually moved them all but when I refresh the graph data (using powerpivot slicers) the labels all move again.
Did you manage to solve your issue?

Not yet, I regret to say it may be a limitation of excel 2010 but hopefully someone may have a solution.
