    Pivot Table Grand Total Help

I am trying to get grand totals for secondary row labels. It would seem like excel should be able to do this, but I can't seem to find out how. Here is what I am trying to do.

    How it is displaying

    John
    Apples 1
    Oranges 1
    Bananas 1
    Bob
    Apples 2
    Oranges 2
    Bananas 2
    Joe
    Apples 3
    Oranges 3
    Bananas 3
    Grand Total 18

How I would like it displayed.

    John
    Apples 1
    Oranges 1
    Bananas 1
    Bob
    Apples 2
    Oranges 2
    Bananas 2
    Joe
    Apples 3
    Oranges 3
    Bananas 3
    Apples Total 6
    Oranges Total 6
    Bananas Total 6
    Grand Total 18

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks,
    Brian

right click your "secondary row labels" and check subtotals.

That subtotals the rows if their are other fields following that row (ie, red, green) it would then total the two of them for apples. It does not give the Grand Total at the bottom, unless I am doing something wrong.
