i cannot filter the values from drop down list from a pivot table report

I am a new member in this forum. I've got a problem in pivot table. here i attached a file for your understanding.
In the attached file: orders followup sheet >> i cannot use the drop down list of column G,H,I to choose a specific date.

when i try this my PC hangs. Can you help m e??????

it is very urgent for me.
