Automatically moving data labels

Hi,

I have a column chart, with two different series in it. I only want data series on the one series, and the serie is a "moving" series, based on what you choose in a drop down menu.

I would like a the data label to move with the choice made in the drop down.

Please have a look in my excel sheet, it is hard to explain.
