Need help on axis for chart

In my chart the total amount of points possible is 32.86. I want to show the percentage where each plan (WA, LWWA, PBAK, LWOR) scored out of the 32.86 total possible. The left axis is showing 100%. In the first column it shows 22.02 out of 32.86 possible and 40%. That's not what I want. It should be 67%

I left the 32.86 data labels in for reference.

Hi RedRomo,

refer the attached workbook.
I have provided the required chart. If you do not wish to have upper stack, you can get rid of and also if you wish you can change that to 100% as max. points possible.. - as you wish
