HI, Can someone help me to convert a pivot table to a table in Excel 2007

Can't you just double click on the grandtotal of the values field, this should give you all the data?
The fast way to do this is to click anywhere in the pivot table, then on the options tab, click OLAP tools, convert to formulas. If you are prompted to convert the filters, click yes. If you have to many filters, the conversion won't happen and you'll have to try again without including the filters which will remain in pivot table form. If you aren't familiar with cube formulas, you'll want to check the help topic, as you can extract data directly from the source via cubevalue, cubemember etc.

Lafferty,
Actually I do not have access to OLAP tools.
The only disadvantage with double clicking on a number field in the pivot table to get information is that you are obtaining bits and pieces of the data.
Thank you guys!
I see that you are using Excel 2003. It's been quite a while since I played with that version but I'll give it a shot. In order to get an idea of what each piece of your pivot table is doing, click a cell outside of it, press the equals key on your keyboard, then click the cell containing the total.
