Using a Series as Custom Data Labels

I'm trying to use a series from another sheet to be my labels for a bar graph. I can make it work on the first range but for some reason I change the value of the other ranges but they just repeat the label in the first range. I've attached a spreadsheet for review.

You will have to build the compound information in a single cell using the CONCATENATE function.
Then link each cell to a datalabel.

Concatenate function allows you to join 2 or more strings together. This function save your time.
