Rotate charts without pivoting the data

I have a combination chart that I'm creating. The chart is a copy of how the data is formatted by a vendor. We own the data and I need to recreate the charts identically to the way the vendor presents it. This chart requires that I use a bar chart with a scatter chart. However, since the bar chart plots the data horizontally and scatter chart plots vertically, I'm not able to use these two charts togeher. Alternatively, I can use a column chart and then turn it into an image and rotate the image so the data is presented the way I need it, but I have approximately 90 charts to create and this would be time consuming. I've looked to see if I can rotate the chart directly in Excel, but it appears the only chart that you can do this with is a pie chart. Is there anything that can be done in Excel that will allow me to do this?
