Well, this is me shooting from the hip, but if I had to guess some of the bits of the charts--plot area maybe?--have retained auto-sizing while others are retaining manual settings.

Anyway, if you don't mind posting a copy of your spreadsheet, that will make it 100x easier to diagnose your problem.
