    Creating a Graph using 3 values and pivot table

    Hi,

    I need help to create a graph that gives the no of connections on system 1 and system 2 for the given time frame. Please assist.

    I think a pivot table in which you can group the time by hours is what you are looking for. See attached. Is this what you want?

    Edit: Oops, forgot a graph.

    substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

    Thank you for the reply. This is not what I am looking for. I am lloking for a graph with the first column, second column and the fourh column. Basically I want a graph that shows how many sessions were connected to System One and system1 for the time mentiond in the first column

    I have modified the pivot table for 1st, 2nd and 4th columns.

    Let me see if I understand:

    x-axis: TIME (Column A)

    Y-axis 1: Sessions for system 1; values in column D that match "System1" in Column B

    y-axis 2: Sessions for system 2; values in column D that match "System2" in Column B


    Do you want a bar graph or a line graph or what?

    Because, when I went and tried to build that, I ended up with pretty much the the same thing as ChemistB, just with smaller increments in the x axis???
