Four quadrant Excel Chart

Hi,

using quadrants, i.e. using an XY scatter chart would require a few more data points and a different data layout. See attached for a suggestion of data layout and chart with the first five series filled in. I trust you'll get the idea. If not, please pipe up.

Add text boxes for the quadrant labels.
