Change bar chart bar colour based on the day of the week

Hello people
Is there a way of doing this? I've googled & found ways of doing it based on value, but that's not what I want. On my charts, there is one bar for each day, with the bars showing whether the days result was up, down, or even to the previous day. There's no X or Y axis. The reason being I've got 26 charts on a worksheet & having axis or legends takes up too much space. I'd like the bar for a Monday to show in a different colour.
Any ideas please

no reason why the standard approach of additional series and formula should not work, even if the test is not on the actual data point value.
